Lovely old house built about 1568 became home to Quaker movement (Religious Society of Friends) from 1650s. Open for guided tours at scheduled times and other times when staff are free, ask at Hall. Taped commentary guided tour of 6 historic rooms takes 45 minutes. Tea and coffee sometimes available, ask when booking. Small attraction.
